How we started

Our journey began with a simple yet powerful vision: to bridge the gap between businesses and to offer HR solutions that don’t just tick boxes but create impact. From recruitment to talent development, performance management to Employee Assessment to HR Models to leadership coaching to work force management, we’ve been on a journey to redefine what effective HR looks like. Along the way, we’ve partnered with businesses of all sizes, helping them build teams and cultures that inspire excellence and drive results.

 OUR  SERVICE PROCESS 


 1. Meeting Purpose
 Define the objectives and expectations of the assignment, ensuring alignment between the     consultant and the client.


 2. Brainstorming
 Engage in a detailed discussion with the client to deliberate on the terms of reference (TOR) and   gain a clear understanding of the assignment’s scope. This will support effective planning and   successful execution of the contract.


 3. Implementation
 This phase involves executing the agreed-upon TOR between the consultant and the client,   following the timelines outlined in the project’s milestone chart, particularly for one-off projects.


 4. Handover Meeting
 Upon project completion, the consultant will formally hand over the finalized work to the client,  ensuring all deliverables meet the agreed standards.
